Does the same rule apply to rewards and dividends?
Yes. Eligible cash rewards and confirmed partner dividends have zero wagering once credited to your wallet. Activities can have their own eligibility, claim periods and reward limits; these are separate from wagering to unlock credited money.
Does zero wagering mean an instant withdrawal?
Zero wagering removes the betting target. Payment processing and security review still take place. Close an active game and allow its funds to return to your wallet; money reserved for a pending request is not available for a second withdrawal.
